Algeria Clients Visited NEWINDU Office

On February 27, 2025, we had the pleasure of welcoming two Algerian customers to our company. Our business connection began back in December when I first received their inquiry about loaders and forklifts. Both customers are end-users—one runs an agricultural business, while the other manages a construction company. After providing them with detailed quotations, I kept in touch to follow up on their needs and address any concerns.

Last week, during a routine check-in, they mentioned their plans to visit several factories in China to explore their options. Sensing a great opportunity, I extended an invitation to visit our office, where we could discuss their requirements in depth and offer tailored solutions. They gladly accepted.

When they arrived, I first gave them a tour of our office, introducing them to our team and providing an overview of our company's capabilities. They were impressed by our setup and professionalism. Over coffee, we revisited their requirements and discussed not just loaders and forklifts but also other machines that could benefit their businesses. They had specific concerns about pricing, after-sales support, and delivery timelines, which I addressed in detail, offering insights into product availability and logistics.

As the discussions progressed, it became clear that they were highly interested in moving forward. I refined the quotations based on their feedback, ensuring they received the best options tailored to their needs. Although final decisions were yet to be made, they left our office with a much clearer understanding of our offerings and a stronger sense of trust in our company.

Their visit was a step forward in strengthening our business relationship. Moving ahead, I will continue to follow up closely, providing additional details and ensuring a smooth process as they finalize their purchasing plans.
