Indian Client Visited SANY Factory
On May 18th, 2025, I had the pleasure of welcoming an Indian client who had been planning his visit to China for nearly two months. After finalizing the travel details earlier this month, he arrived with a clear goal in mind—to inspect the SANY equipment we had discussed.
As soon as he landed, we went straight to see the SANY machines he was interested in. After a thorough on-site inspection and introduction, the client expressed great satisfaction with the quality and condition of the machines. This positive experience encouraged him to explore additional equipment options, as he had ongoing demands for various types of construction machinery for his upcoming projects.
We originally planned to meet at our office to discuss order details. However, due to a last-minute change in the client’s schedule, he couldn’t make it to our company as planned. To ensure that our conversation continued smoothly, I adjusted my plans and traveled to his location for an in-person meeting. We had a productive discussion that helped move the cooperation one step closer to being finalized.
This visit was another solid step toward building trust and developing a long-term business relationship. I’ll continue following up closely to offer the right solutions and support for his equipment needs.
