Ghana Client Visited NEWINDU Office

On November 27, 2024, I had the pleasure of hosting a new client from Ghana whom I had met on the first day of the Bauma exhibition. During our initial conversation, I learned that the client was interested in vehicles and construction machinery. Since it was their first time considering imports from China, they were eager to gain a deeper understanding of the market and products.

In the afternoon, I arranged for the client to visit our office. I introduced our company’s operations and services, and the client was very impressed, particularly with our professional and modern office environment, offering high praise for our facilities. The client outlined a few specific machinery requirements, requesting follow-up quotes for their evaluation.

To ensure the client’s needs were fully understood, I consulted with my mentor, who provided valuable insights and helped analyze the client’s requirements. Together, we carefully explained each detail to the client, which greatly helped to address their questions and build their confidence in our capabilities. I am deeply grateful for my mentor’s guidance and support during this process.

After the office visit, I took the client to the Bund, where they enjoyed the stunning views of Shanghai’s iconic skyline. We also stopped by a nearby shopping mall, allowing the client to experience more of the city’s vibrant culture. Finally, I accompanied them back to their hotel, ensuring they had a comfortable and memorable day.

This meeting was not only a great opportunity to showcase our company’s strengths but also to build a solid foundation for future cooperation. I look forward to following up with the client and assisting them in every step of their purchasing journey.
