DRC Client Visited NEWINDU Office

On November 26, 2024, I was pleased to host a visit from an old client from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) at our company. The client had flown into Shanghai the day before and informed me that they would be coming to our office today. I made sure to arrange transport for their arrival and ensured they were well taken care of during their visit.

Once the client arrived, I gave them a thorough introduction to our company and guided them through a tour of our facilities. They shared with me their specific product needs, which included road rollers, semi-trailers, loaders, water trucks, and a list of required spare parts. The client emphasized that the spare parts were their most urgent priority. They mentioned that, if the pricing was suitable, they would consider purchasing the parts first and arrange for transportation as soon as possible. 

After the meeting, I made sure to escort the client back to their hotel, ensuring a smooth and comfortable conclusion to the visit. The discussion was very promising, and I am optimistic that we can meet their needs and provide the necessary equipment and spare parts for their operations. I look forward to continuing our partnership and securing further business with them.
