1. Quality assurance

At Newindu International, we provide our clients with a twelve-month-period or 2000-hour warranty for any machine exported from us. This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship that may occur with spare parts during normal operation. Within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective part free of charge, at our discretion.

2. Our promise

We offer two options for shipping the compensated spare parts:
1. In case of an urgent request from our clients, we can ship the spare parts through international couriers like DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx. The courier will deliver the parts to the designated destination within 5-7 days. Please note that the client will be responsible for covering the courier expenses.
2. For regular claims of spare parts, we will include the compensated parts in the next shipment of new machines. In this case, the shipment expenses will be free of charge.

3. Some details

We retain the right to make a reasonable determination regarding whether a defect in material or workmanship occurred during normal use or if it resulted from a factor that is not covered by this warranty. Please note that this warranty does not cover defects resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, negligence, abuse, shipment, handling, storage, or environmental conditions. Furthermore, any modifications made to our products by the client, client's employees, or end-user will void this warranty. It is important to mention that this warranty does not cover normal wearing and easily broken parts, including but not limited to filters, belts, electric appliances and wires, bulbs and fuses, glass, rubber, and plastic components, etc.
