Russia Client Visited NEWINDU Office

On November 6, 2024, we welcomed a valued customer from Russia who had traveled to Shanghai to attend an exhibition. During their visit, they expressed an interest in touring NEWINDU, so I took care of all the arrangements to make their experience seamless. In preparation, I booked a comfortable hotel for them in advance and arranged for a driver to pick them up.

At the company, I provided a comprehensive tour and introduced our core operations, products, and services. To better understand how we could support their needs, I engaged with the customer about their primary business activities and reviewed the details of recent quotes provided to them. This in-depth discussion was followed by a lunch, which gave us a relaxed setting to further strengthen our relationship.
