Russian Clients Visited NEWINDU Office and XCMG Factory

March 31st, 2023, Our company NEWIDNU, was honored to host a group of clients from Tianjin this past Friday. The clients were residents of Tianjin and have been requesting a shipment of XCMG agricultural machinery.

After receiving their request, we provided a simple quotation and created a WeChat group with their technical staff to discuss the parameters and configuration of the product in great detail. They also expressed a high demand for quality and interest in visiting the factory.

In advance of their arrival, we communicated with the factory to inquire about the availability of the product. The factory agreed to allow us to visit the product in person at the end of the month. About a week before the trip, we confirmed the schedule with the client and organized the reception arrangements together with the factory.

On Friday, my manager and I accompanied the client to XCMG to visit the agricultural machinery. The clients were very satisfied with the machine. Because the return journey that day was very late, we scheduled the visit to our company for this week.

During the meeting, we first showed the client our history and current size, and then continued to discuss the details of the product. Finally, we took the client on a tour of the 28th and 27th floors, and then sent them to the parking lot to wait for a taxi to the railway station to return to Tianjin.

It was a great pleasure to host the client and express our gratitude to our manager and the factory managers for their invaluable assistance. We look forward to continuing our business relationship and providing high-quality agricultural machinery.
