Australian Client Visited NEWINDU Office and SANY Factory

On March 23, 2023, we welcomed a client from Australia who came to visit us through Alibaba. The client was interested in our Sany loader. We had prepared product information and quotations in advance and contacted the factory to arrange a visit.

The client is a Chinese person in Australia who inquired about the machine's cost in the second half of last year. After learning about the opening of China in December, the client decided to visit in March of this year. After learning of their landing time in early March, we arranged their schedule and contacted the factory for reception.

Last Friday, we took the client to the Sany factory to see the loader. The client was quite satisfied with the machine. Since they had other arrangements on that day and their return trip was late, we made an appointment for today to have a meeting. During the meeting, we first showed the client our development history and current company's scale. We then discussed the details of the product and took the client for a tour of the 28th and 27th floors. We printed a photo of us as a memento and gifted it to the client.

We will send a summary of the product details to the client, and they plan to return to Australia on Sunday. We plan to have a dinner meeting with the client next Saturday to further deepen our connection.
