1. Full-Suite High-End Equipment for Heavy-Duty Mining
Zoomlion's centerpiece was its large-scale excavator-truck combinations, designed to meet the growing demand for high-efficiency and large-capacity equipment in mining operations. Among them, the ZTE520 hybrid electric mining dump truck (300t payload) features advanced AC traction control technology inspired by China’s high-speed rail. It delivers 16% performance improvement, 10% higher transport efficiency, and 15% energy savings, with all key components fully localized to ensure supply chain security and faster delivery.

Also debuting was the ZE4000G hydraulic excavator (400t), equipped with an extra-large bucket and formidable digging force. It incorporates proprietary multi-pump converging flow and wide-diameter energy-saving systems, achieving reduced hourly fuel consumption.
Zoomlion also introduced a full lineup of 100–200t hydraulic excavators and 210–240t electric-drive dump trucks, specifically tailored for ultra-large open-pit mines. The ZTE240 hybrid dump truck, for instance, carries 136t, offers over 10% fuel savings, and features 100% localized components.
Supporting machines such as 5.5–12t electric/hybrid loaders, 600-hp bulldozers, and down-the-hole drills were also unveiled. These “golden combo” solutions offer optimized performance for open-pit mining and large-scale earthmoving projects.

2. Electrification & Autonomy Take Center Stage
Zoomlion’s strong push for electrification and unmanned solutions was another highlight. The ZT160HEV wide-body hybrid mining truck (100t) has received high praise since launch. It adopts direct-engine and twin-motor parallel drive technology, ensuring uninterrupted power output, enhanced safety, and smooth operation. Its in-house ZM-i hybrid energy management system maximizes fuel efficiency.

The ZT118EV pure electric mining truck (80t), developed for steep downhill loads in aggregate and metal mining, uses dual-motor drive and offers up to 90% energy recovery efficiency. A one-hour charge supports a full day of operations, while real-time remote diagnostics ensure uptime.
Zoomlion also demonstrated its progress in autonomous technologies. At the event, a 100t unmanned wide-body truck performed dynamic obstacle-avoidance tasks, showcasing its capability for safe and efficient operations. Compatible with both in-house and third-party intelligent driving systems, these autonomous trucks are ready to take on full-scale mining operations without human drivers.

To support its mining clients, Zoomlion launched the “MineSmart Support” service package, offering end-to-end lifecycle services from equipment to intelligent site management. With rapid response times, fast parts delivery, and tailored solutions, the program reinforces Zoomlion’s reputation for dependable, customer-centric support.
On the same day, Zoomlion signed multiple strategic cooperation agreements with domestic and international clients at its Smart Industrial City and Changsha Exhibition Center, further strengthening its global footprint in the mining industry.
“Zoomlion is proud to deliver complete mining solutions covering drilling, excavation, loading, hauling, crushing, and drainage for global clients,” said Yuan Ye, Zoomlion Vice President. “Our ongoing innovation in large-scale, electric, and unmanned technologies is positioning us as a global leader in intelligent mining solutions. Together with our partners, we’re shaping a new era of smart, green mining.”
