XCMG rotary drilling rig piling area is in deep cover, special rock and soil layer, river alluvial landform, where the water current is fast, the navigation environment is more complicated, the steel shroud is difficult to apply, which puts forward higher requirements for rotary drilling rig construction.
Therefore, the pile foundation of the main piers on both sides of the bridge consists of 76 piles of 2.5 meters in diameter drilled and grouted, with a pile length of 120 meters, and the drilling depth of each pile foundation reaches 140 meters. Since entering the site, XCMG XR700E, XR600E, XR550D and XR580HD, a total of seven oversized tonnage rotary drilling rigs, drilling, clearing, cage lowering, and pouring piles in one-stop assembly line operation, to ensure that the completion of a pile every day.
During the construction, XCMG XR700E and XR600E rotary drilling rigs, which are the main models, have a maximum drilling diameter of 4m and maximum drilling depths of 160m and 150m, respectively, which perfectly meet the requirements of the constructor.
