Outside the plant of XCMG Foundation Construction Machinery Intelligent Manufacturing Base, a brand new trenching machine is trenching, slagging and backfilling back and forth on the road, using intelligent automatic construction technology to achieve efficient construction through trenching torque feedback, sensing the hardness of the ground and automatically matching the walking speed ......
The intelligent manufacturing base has a single trenching length of about 16 meters, with a total of 8 strips. XCMG XMT550 trenching machine can automatically complete the trenching operation without damaging the road surface and maximizing cost saving, just by setting the route.
In the construction of concrete ground with hardness of 40MPa, the construction efficiency of XCMG trencher reached 80-100m/h. The single trenching operation was completed in just ten minutes with high quality, which was well received by the construction team.
2. XCMG gold shines in the new base
At the science and technology building, XCMG XR280D rotary drilling rig is also under hot construction. With the super performance of the whole machine and the enthusiasm of "I build my house with my hands", a single XCMG XR280D rotary drilling rig has completed 179 bite piles, 90 reinforced concrete piles and 90 plain concrete piles in only one month in the face of medium-weathered limestone geology. This provided a strong guarantee for the smooth construction of the new base.
3. Deep well drilling rig to exploit geothermal resources
One of the highlights is the green energy utilization of XCMG Basic Construction Machinery Intelligent Manufacturing Base, which adopts solar photovoltaic power generation and ground source heat pump technology. After completion, renewable energy will account for more than 80% of the total energy consumption of the whole plant.
Two XCMG deep well drilling rigs erected drilling towers at the construction site and penetrated more than 120 meters into the ground, transporting geothermal energy up from underground through pipes without disturbing the underground soil, rock and water bodies, greatly taking advantage of underground resources in Jiawang District. During the construction process, XCMG deep water well drilling rig has strong environmental adaptability and can effectively control ground settlement, which can significantly improve the construction efficiency and quality.
