Iran Customer's Colleague from Jinan Visited SANY Changsha Factory

On Oct.19 2017, we confirmed with Iran side that they pointed out their China worker Mr. Vison to inspect SANY factory for reach stacker. It's a sudden request to visit factory, so we took time to take Highway to Changsha. We arrived at Changsha Highway station at middle night. SANY factory picked us up and drived us to hotel then.

Next day morning after we finished breakfast at hotel around 9:00am, They drived us to factory directly. Firstly, SANY staff made a clear introduction of SANY group developing history. Then, They lead us to main workshops and made detailed introduction of each production line.

Since the reach stacker is already finished, we companyed Mr. Vision to check the apperaance, working condition, engine, spreader and took many photos to send Iran side to check. Considering this reach stacker is equipped with customized ELME SPREADER, the factory worker expliained very carefully to Mr.Vision and let him to pass the information to Iran side. Factory worker drived the machine and lifted a standard 40HQ container to show us the formal working condition. We took some videos to pass Iran customer to make them feel safe and certain about the quality and performance of SANY reach stacker.

After the inspection from SANY factory, Iran side felt very sure about our quality and service of reach stacker. On the next day, they paid us the whole balance and let us to book vessel with forwarder for fast delivery.

This is the first coopertion with this Iran customer. Through this order, we built trust and cofidence on each side. And this customer is already planning for next order for same reach stacker. We believe there will be more and more cooperation between us in the future.
