Philippines Client Visited NEWINDU Office

On September 5, 2024, our company had the pleasure of hosting several clients from the Philippines who arrived to explore a potential partnership. This visit had been months in the making, following a series of discussions on Alibaba and with an old client. The products that particularly caught their attention were our range of forklifts, excavators, loaders, rollers, and motor graders, all of which were essential for their expanding business in the Philippines.

In preparation for their visit, every detail was meticulously arranged to ensure a smooth experience for our clients. I personally oversaw the logistics, booking a car to pick them up from their hotel and making sure the meeting room was ready with everything we would need for a productive discussion. The atmosphere was set for both business and hospitality, as it was crucial to not only show our products but also make them feel welcomed and valued as long-term partners.

The moment the clients arrived, the excitement was palpable. After brief introductions, we began with a comprehensive tour of our facilities. Walking through our company’s halls, I could see their genuine curiosity and interest growing. When we reached the section featuring the very machines they had come to see—forklifts, excavators, and more—I could sense that this visit was more than just business for them; it was an opportunity to find the right tools to empower their own projects back home.

The tour continued with live demonstrations of some of the machines, which gave the clients a deeper understanding of their performance and capabilities. I took this opportunity to provide on-the-spot pricing and product recommendations tailored to their specific needs. Their questions were insightful, and I could tell they were already envisioning how these machines would fit into their operations. By the end of the tour, the clients had received detailed information on each product, complete with quotes that I carefully prepared to meet their budget and expectations.

After the tour, I made sure their departure was as seamless as their arrival. I helped them arrange transportation to their next destination and expressed our eagerness to continue working together. But the relationship didn’t end there. Following their visit, I sent them a follow-up email with a group photo we had taken, as a gesture to commemorate the day. Attached was a detailed breakdown of the quotes and a final Proforma Invoice (PI) for the products we had discussed.
