Russia Clients Visited NEWINDU Office

On April 2, 2024, my Russian client arrived in China to visit our factory. We had been in contact via WhatsApp for some time, and the client had expressed interest in visiting China last year, but the plans were delayed. Finally, in March, the visit was confirmed, with the main purpose being to inspect the previously quoted backhoe loaders. After finalizing the itinerary, I coordinated with the factory for the visit.

Upon the client's arrival, I assisted with the check-in process at their hotel. Following this, we toured our company, where I provided an in-depth introduction to our operations. After lunch, I ensured the client had some rest before our journey to Xuzhou the next day.

At the factory, the client had numerous detailed questions and thoroughly inspected the machinery, including a long test drive of the backhoe loaders. We also toured the workshop, providing a comprehensive overview of our production process. The visit concluded successfully, leaving the client satisfied with the detailed information and hands-on experience provided.

This visit not only solidified our client's interest in our products but also strengthened our business relationship. I look forward to future collaborations and am optimistic about securing further orders.
