Spain Client Visited HELI Office

On 12 March 2026, a client from Spain visited China following prior communication regarding their travel plans. Due to a tight schedule, we arranged a visit to the HELI showroom in Shanghai to ensure an efficient and focused inspection.

During the visit, the client reviewed the forklift models on display and conducted a detailed reassessment of product specifications and key technical parameters. The on-site inspection allowed the client to better understand the equipment’s performance, configuration options, and suitability for their operational requirements.

The visit was well-organised and productive, helping to clarify important product details within a limited timeframe. It also provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen communication and align expectations.
