Recently, Zoomlion Emergency Equipment’s after-sales service team carried out a one-week specialized inspection campaign at the Training and Logistics Support Detachment of the Tianjin Fire and Rescue Brigade. Led by Service Manager He Yan, along with service engineers Zhang Huaiyang and Wang Qi, the initiative aimed to ensure optimal equipment readiness and provide strong technical support for emergency rescue operations.
The inspection was conducted in phases. In the initial stage, most vehicles were centrally inspected at the brigade’s base. In the later stage, on-site services were provided for vehicles that were unable to return due to active duty assignments, ensuring full coverage without omissions. In total, nearly 40 Zoomlion aerial firefighting vehicles were inspected — key assets that play a vital role in firefighting and rescue missions.
During the process, the team adopted an “inspection + training” integrated approach. On one hand, they performed comprehensive checks and maintenance on critical systems, including hydraulic, electrical, and water systems, to enhance operational reliability. On the other hand, they utilized inspection intervals to conduct scenario-based hands-on training for vehicle operators, addressing common operational challenges and improving familiarity with equipment performance.
This initiative fully reflects Zoomlion’s lifecycle service philosophy, ensuring end-to-end support from equipment delivery to ongoing maintenance. It provides a solid foundation for the efficient and reliable operation of emergency rescue equipment, further strengthening frontline response capabilities.
